RAM made “The Big House”, bigger, dryer and safer. From 2007 through 2010 RAM made the stadium impenetrable to Michigan’s weather by waterproofing and dampproofing the existing and new foundations and reinforced all of the buildings joints.

RAM fought severe weather and temperatures with the South Dakota Department of Transportation to reinforce the Platte Winner Bridge, a 5,655 ft stretch of 2 lane highway that crosses over the Missouri River. RAM repaired the concrete, utilized bridge deck grinding and installed an Epoxy Overlay Sealing System.
RAM Construction Services rebuilt the granite stairs to the Holy Redeemer Church in Detroit, Michigan. To complete the project RAM rebuilt, waterproofed, flashed and sealed the finished stair structure.
US 412 is an interstate highway spanning 1,130 miles across the United States and crossing through 6 states. In 2010, the Tennessee Department of Transportation enlisted the assistance of RAM Construction Services to repair the stretch of highway that crossed over Bell Highway in Madison County.
The main focus of RAM’s work in the Cleveland Clinic was fireproofing the entire facility. The Clinic’s focus on safety also led them to request a database of every potential penetration, including pipe penetrations and HVAC duct work, identified by RAM.
