This project got off to a rough start for the General Contractor. Weather caused major delays and many obstacles the Contractors. RAM worked close with the General Contractor to keep the project on schedule.
RAM was plagued with rain during the installation of fluid applied waterproofing. Plastic was used to cover the area and divert water away from the work area to complete this task and stay on schedule.
RAM assisted the General Contractor with the design and use of the swing stage used to install joint sealants.
For the final scope of work RAM installed traffic coating on two seating areas and one balcony. The seating area was riddled with concrete substrate issues and the traffic coating was damaged by other contractors. The General Contractor worked with RAM to address and correct these obstacles.
